Papua New Guinea (Witu Islands & Fathers Reefs)
New Britain (North Coast), Papua New Guinea
About this site
The Witu Islands and Fathers Reefs off New Britain's north coast offer some of the most spectacular and remote diving in Papua New Guinea. Volcanic seamounts rise from the deep Bismarck Sea, attracting pelagic predators including silvertip and hammerhead sharks. The nutrient-rich waters support thriving coral ecosystems with exceptional visibility and virtually no other divers.
