Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Freediving Buddy account and all associated data here. No app install required.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address your account is registered with and we'll permanently delete your account and everything listed below.
hello@freedivingbuddy.appWe only act on requests sent from the account's own email address, so we can verify the account is yours. Deletion is completed within 30 days (usually within a few business days), and we confirm by reply once it's done.
Fastest option: inside the app you can delete your account instantly, via Settings → Delete Account.
What will be deleted
- Your profile
- Training history and sessions
- Dive logs
- Custom and AI-generated training tables
- Training programs
- Certifications
- Achievements
- Personal bests
- Buddy connections
- AI usage records
- Uploaded avatar images
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period and no way to restore your data afterwards.
Active subscriptions are not cancelled
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel your subscription in your store settings first:
Guest accounts have no email address and cannot be recovered or deleted here. You can delete a guest account from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account.
