Guadalcanal (WWII Wrecks)

Guadalcanal (Honiara), Solomon Islands

About this site

The Solomon Islands offer some of the Pacific's best WWII wreck diving, with Guadalcanal's Ironbottom Sound littered with ship and aircraft wrecks from the pivotal 1942-43 campaign. Beyond the wrecks, the Solomons feature pristine coral reefs, dramatic walls, and incredible biodiversity with over 500 coral species and 1,000 fish species in waters that remain largely unexplored.
